Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Help Children Build Confidence, Independence & Meaningful Skills
As a BCBA at Building Blocks Pediatric Therapy, you’ll play a vital role in helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through compassionate, individualized ABA services.
We’re looking for clinicians who value collaboration, family involvement, and child-centered care.

- Current BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Help Children Find Their Voice and Build Meaningful Connections
Communication looks different for every child. As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Building Blocks, you’ll support children in developing communication skills that help them participate more confidently in everyday life.
We welcome clinicians who value neurodiversity-affirming care, family collaboration, and individualized treatment approaches.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations

- Support expressive, receptive, social, and functional communication skills
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers
- Document progress and maintain clinical records
- Provide caregiver education and support
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Michigan licensure and CCC-SLP (or Clinical Fellow eligibility)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
- Commitment to child-centered, evidence-based practice
